Our Mission

Walking Wild is a nonprofit organization that rescues and provides a safe haven for captive bred foxes and other non-wild canids. We provide every animal with the love and respect they deserve and educate the public about the cruelty of the fur industry and what the reality of welcoming a fox or wolf dog into your family is.

Walking Wild Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit fox rescue and wolf dog sanctuary that was founded in 2020. Walking Wild founder Molly Schulz, worked with animals from wildlife to domestic pets starting at a young age. After she and her husband welcomed their first wolf dog to the family and two rescue foxes, Molly recognized not only her love and respect for these amazing canines, but also the need to protect them, give them a voice and educate people about what owning one of these amazing animals really entails.  From this love and passion, Walking Wild was born to save lives.
